HOW DO WE COMPLETE THE NARRATIVES?

The narrative is an opportunity for your program to describe what is unique about your structure or services and to elaborate on areas of excellence or improvement. It is helpful to answer the questions and describe the process used to implement the standards as if writing to an audience that is not familiar with your program. When possible and feasible, use examples to illustrate a point and ensure that all responses are both succinct and relevant.
