What happens after we achieve registration?

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE ACHIEVE REGISTRATION

Following the successful completion of the Registration process, you will receive the following:

  • An e-mail communication stating that your program has achieved Registration. This is sent within 7 business days of the decision being made.
  • A packet that contains, among other things, a formal notification letter stating that your program has been Registered, and your Registration expiration date. This is sent by hard copy to your program's Administrator within two (2) weeks. Note: All related Registration fees must be paid before the formal notification packet is sent out.

COA views Registration as an initial achievement and recommends that you celebrate and publicize this milestone with your staff, community, and stakeholders.
